Paragon Recruitment Group needed a brand refresh that better reflected the human side of their business. I developed an updated visual identity, including a refined logo, colour palette, typography system and website design direction. The objective was to create a brighter, more approachable brand that felt less corporate and more people-focused. The result is a contemporary identity that communicates trust, personality and professionalism while helping Paragon stand out in a competitive recruitment market.
